The page is split in 3 main parts: the daily journal, the identity-related to-do items and the extra tab.

  1. The daily journal is mainly used to jot down thoughts that come to my mind that i want to not forget, but at the same time I don’t want to cling onto. This way I just have a space to drop stuff into and worry about them later. Sometimes I will also just use it as an actual journal where I talk about my day or stuff that’s been on my mind as a mindfulness technique.
  2. The next part is where I put my 2 main regions that I work with the most and those are what I cal the “identity-based to-do lists.” Since my 2 main sides of my identity that occupy most of my time are the creator side of things (tiktok, youtube, blog, etc) and the student side (university courses), those are the main 2 parts of this section. Here you can edit in your own main occupations in your life. Does not have to be 2, but in my experience more is detrimental since it clutters the page, therefore anything not fitting into the main two I usually just put in the extra column.
  3. The extra part is for anything that does not fit into the other sections. Random todo items or thoughts or links.

RECOMMENDATION: One of the most common mistake I would do in the past with these pages is to add too much stuff. The simpler it is and straightforward, the more likely you are to actually go through with it. My advice is to keep it simple.

FINALLY, remember that you can change it as you go. Make it your own and see what works. I usually switch to a new page every 1-2 pages. I used to change it every day, but that seemed to be too often. You can remove one of the parts or rename it. You can do whatever you want as long as it works for you. I hope this helps :)
